I am a scholar-practitioner in Spirituality and Theology, pursuing a Ph.D. in Systematic and Comparative Theology at Boston College with a focus on spiritual/religious experience, trauma, and healing of personhood holding a BA, MTS, and ThM. Alongside academic work, I hold certifications in interfaith spiritual direction rooted in Jungian depth psychology from the Haden Institute, Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), and yoga teacher training, with ongoing studies in herbalism and Hellenistic astrology.
My vocation is to companion others by weaving together wisdom from religious traditions, depth psychology, embodiment, and trauma research in service of spiritual growth and wholeness.
